A Pending account means that we have received your application and are currently in the process of reviewing and approving your submitted information. In the event that we need more information, we will contact you accordingly. Once complete, your account status will change.
While your account status is pending, you can still use the Affiliate Program and begin tracking all customers that are eligible for referral. The only feature unavailable while an account is pending is the request for payment. Once approved, you will be able to request payment.
Please note that it is temporarily not possible for affiliates to request payment, even upon approval. We apologize for this inconvenience and are working diligently on making this feature fully functional very soon. All your referrals are tracked and you will soon be able to request your earnings.
